Selection Process
The NCSA Awards are great opportunities to highlight some of the best educators in the world. Nominations are open each year for the following categories:
As you prepare to nominate someone, please be prepared to answer the following questions:
Provide an example of how this nominee has demonstrated Christ-like character in their school or community?
Where have you observed a specific instance where this nominee helped a student overcome a challenge academically or personally?
How does this nominee demonstrate a commitment to excellence in their leadership and professional development?
How does this nominee build strong relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and the community?
What unique leadership methods or strategies have you seen this nominee use that have been effective?
How does this nominee go beyond the school environment to serve the school or local community?
The nomination portal will be open April 1–15, 2026. (Winners from the past three years are not eligible to participate.)
Each category will be narrowed to a maximum of three finalists per category in every region.
Winners will be determined by an online vote.
Online voting will begin May 1 and close May 31, 2026. (Voters are limited to one vote per category.)
Winners will be announced in a public assembly at their school in September–October 2026
