Job Description: The Athletic Director (AD) supports, promotes, and exemplifies the mission and vision of Westbury Christian School through athletic programming that prioritizes good sportsmanship, student development, and high participation. He/She provides strategic leadership and direction for the Athletics Department and programs, including plans to integrate athletics into the WCS experience, develop and support coaches, and create a unified culture through athletics that supports the school’s mission and vision. The AD leads a team of administrative staff, coaches, and volunteers.
