Responsibilities
Create a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered classroom environment.
Plan and deliver high-quality instruction aligned with curriculum standards.
Integrate biblical truth and a Christian worldview into daily lessons and interactions.
Foster academic excellence while encouraging students to grow in character and faith.
Build positive relationships with students, parents, and fellow staff members.
Assess student progress and communicate regularly with families.
Collaborate with colleagues to support school-wide goals and initiatives.
Maintain classroom organization and effective classroom management.
Participate in school events, faculty meetings, professional development, and spiritual activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (teaching license preferred or willingness to obtain one if applicable).
Demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to Christian living.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Passion for teaching elementary-aged students.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
Excellent organizational skills and a positive, servant-hearted attitude.
