Job Description: Prattville Christian Academy is seeking an individual for the role of Head of School.
This individual would need to start the transition process of coming on full time at PCA in
January of 2027 and working with the current Head of School before taking on the role by the end of the 26–27 school year.
The Head of School serves as the chief executive officer of PCA and is responsible for
leading all aspects of school operations, including spiritual leadership, academic
excellence, enrollment growth, advancement, financial stewardship, personnel
leadership, and community engagement.
The Head of School works closely with the Board of Directors and serves as the visible
leader of the school community, cultivating a Christ-centered culture that supports
students, families, faculty, and staff.
The Head of School reports directly to the Board of Directors and serves as a
non-voting member.
