Job Description: The Head of School at Southwest Covenant Schools is a key leadership role reporting directly to the Board of Directors and providing oversight to a strong administrative leadership team. The school is seeking a relational and mission-driven servant leader who can cast vision, strengthen organizational systems, and faithfully shepherd the school community. Following a highly respected leader whose tenure was marked by strong pastoral care, operational leadership, and community engagement, the next Head of School will build upon that foundation while continuing to advance the school’s academic excellence, institutional health, and long-term strategic growth.

This leader will guide the school through an important season of continued momentum, including sustained enrollment growth, ongoing operational refinement, accreditation alignment, and advancement efforts connected to the school’s current $6 million capital campaign. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated leadership experience, strong communication and team-building skills, and a deep commitment to Christian education rooted in a biblical worldview. In partnership with faculty, staff, families, and the Board, the Head of School will steward the school’s mission, oversee a multi-million-dollar operating budget, make thoughtful staffing and strategic decisions, and cultivate a culture where students are known, valued, and equipped to influence the world for Christ.
