Job Description: Riverside Christian Academy is seeking a visionary, Christ-centered leader to serve as its next President/Head of School. Reporting directly to the Governing Board, the President serves as the school's chief executive and spiritual leader, providing strategic vision, organizational leadership, and oversight of academics, operations, advancement, enrollment, and student life while ensuring every aspect of the Academy remains firmly rooted in its mission of discipleship to Christ, academic excellence, and character formation in a loving community. The ideal candidate is a mature follower of Jesus Christ and active member of churches of Christ with proven executive leadership experience, exceptional communication and relational skills, and a passion for developing leaders, strengthening Christian education, and advancing a thriving school community. A master's degree is required; a doctorate is preferred. RCA is a ministry of the Riverside Church of Christ, Fayetteville, TN.
