Primary Responsibilities:
Teach upper school science courses as assigned
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and school expectations
Maintain an organized, safe, and effective laboratory and classroom environment
Assess student learning through a variety of instructional and evaluation methods
Utilize technology and hands-on learning experiences to enhance instruction
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic progress and classroom expectations
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, school events, and extracurricular activities as assigned
Support and uphold the mission, vision, and Christian values of the school
